eFIG Awards 2006
The third annual eFIG Awards took place on the 8th of November 2006 during the Interior Landscaping Exhibition at NAC Stoneleigh Park near Coventry. The awards offer the chance for the industry to recognise the achievements of the eFIG members in providing services, designing and installing projects as well as awarding front line technicians. The evening was compered by eFIG’s vice Chairman Tim Law, and 150 guests were in attendance to salute excellence in the interior landscaping.
Alan Page, the eFIG Chairman said “The awards bring together the whole industry in a celebration of the companies and people that are achieving the highest standards and driving our industry forward. There are twelve categories that projects may be entered in, from maintenance, design and installation to temporary special events - all aspects of interior landscaping are championed. We are delighted that the quality of the entries had improved this year with a bumper 25 award winners picking up a Gold Leaf Award.”
eFIG has chosen to change the way in which it promotes the 2006 award winners. This year, an electronic version of the awards brochure was produced, which will sit within the new eFIG website, also an individual double sided case study for each winner was produced. These can be used by the award winners for marketing purposes, whether for a paperless or a paper campaign.
Since their launch, the eFIG Awards have consistently enjoyed the support of the eFIG supplier members. We are particularly grateful to Clarke and Spears International Ltd, Koberg B.V. Pouliot Designs by Floralsilk Ltd and Tree-Locate (Europe) Ltd for their association with the eFIG Awards 2006.
