Terms and Conditions

• Only eFIG Ltd members can enter the competition.

• Entrance fees are as follows:

         £50.00 plus VAT - Design & Installation up to £5,000

         £50.00 plus VAT - Design & Installation between £5,000 - £10,000

         £75.00 plus VAT - Design & Installation between £10,000 - £50,000

         £125.00 plus VAT - Design & Installation over £50,000

         £50.00 plus VAT - Maintenance up to £5,000

         £50.00 plus VAT - Maintenance between £5,000 - £10,000

         £75.00 plus VAT - Maintenance between £10,000 - £50,000

         £125.00 plus VAT - Maintenance over £50,000

         £50.00 plus VAT - Special Events

         £50.00 plus VAT - Technician Awards

         £50.00 plus VAT – Supplier’s ‘Best Product of the Year’ Award

• Each contract is judged upon its own merit

• Entry must be in the form of a complete Official Entry Form and Project Description  and must be completed electronically

• The entrants will not know who the judges are until judging is completed

• Previous awards winners are not permitted to re-enter the same site in the same category for any of the eFIG Awards for up to 3 years

• The judges will be unaware of the entrant’s name at the time of judging.

• When access is required to a contract the entrant must arrange that the judges can visit the contract during normal working hours and arrange relevant supervision once inside the building.

• Where photos/slides are required these will become the property of eFIG Ltd. State on your photo’s/slides the name of the contract and number them in the order you wish the judges to view them.  DO NOT identify yourself or your company. If you are entering the same contract in more than 1 category please submit a separate set of photos/slides for each entry. Digital photos should be sent in on a CD-Rom.

• All entry materials become the property of eFIG Ltd, please make duplicates of prints and negatives before submitting your entry, as eFIG cannot guarantee returning of the artwork. eFIG Ltd has the right to publish all entries in eFIG publications and on the eFIG website and use them in promotional materials for eFIG and other publications promoting the interior landscaping industry.

• The digital files must be at a resolution of at least 300 dpi and print at A4 size.

• Entry forms can be downloaded from the eFIG web site or obtained from Joanna Hargreaves at eFIG, PO BOX 196, Romsey, Hampshire SO51 7PF

• Entry forms must be completed and submitted by 31 May 2007, the entry fee must accompany the entry, and there will be no refunds
